Nice cleaning lady, convenient shuttle bus, far from the city center but there are lots of stores nearby, convenient laundry room, lots of socket, convenient for international tourists.

It is 5min walk away from subway and 20min travel to airport by subway. Very good location. Room is comfortable.

The service all good with free shutter bus to airport. The breakfast is good with varieties and welcome fruits. Except the aircon in the room is not cold enough.

The front desk staff are very professional and they make us feel very welcome especially the Manager who is very friendly and helpful. My son loves the stay as the room is very cozy and the room is spacious for twin bed. There’s free airport transfer that is very convenient.

The hotel is quite nice. It is near to a metro station within walking distance.
We have used the airport pickup (although make sure you called the hotel before you take your flight to Shanghai Pudong, and give urself more than an hour after arrival). The shuttle bus to Shanghai Disneyland is quite timely and of much help to get to Disneyland early and return to the hotel.
The breakfast is quite delicious and of decent variety
