服務態度是還可以的，浴室的硬件配置也非常推薦，但沒有浴鹽和泡澡袋子，細節上還需要改進。另外早飯的品質，個人覺得還是離五星級的有很大差距，品種少，補貨速度和菜品檔次跟不上。但客房服務的阿姨態度非常好，走廊裏遇到都是笑嘻嘻的，給人賓至如歸的感覺？

酒店裝潢富麗堂皇，服務員都熱情彬彬有禮。
衹是空調不給力在炎熱的夏天有點降分，不管設定多少度，房間裏都是24-25度，怕熱星人表示不滿意啊，晚上睡覺都出汗了。
游泳池不大，最深衹有1米2，衹適合小孩子玩，而且泳道都被上課的孩子和教練佔用了，不適合酒店客人。
健身房還可以，跑步機比較多。
自助洗衣房需要手機操作。有兩台洗衣機兩台烘乾機。
自助早餐一般吧，能吃飽，但品種不多。
