The receptionist changed the room I had booked without telling me or asking for my permission only to put me in a room with a carpet floor.
PLEASE GET RID OF THAT CARPET!!! And don’t ever put guests in that room!!! The carpet is dirty and has an unpleasant smell, I couldn’t sleep and woke up sick because of the dusk and the smell of that carpet. You can’t make guests pay that much money only to put that in a filthy room.
No one to help you with your luggage, walk upstairs by yourself, receptionist isn’t bothered either, lazy AF!!
I then told her to change my room because that wasn’t even the room I had booked and I told her that room has an unpleasant smell. And I’m sure I’m not the first guest to say this!!! Why do you still put guests in that room???? 😡
