The hotel is located on the highest floor of the Shanghai Tower overlooking both sides of the Pujiang River. It has a wide view. You can see the Puxi Wanguo Building Complex and the North Bund, as well as the Jin Mao Tower and World Financial Center next to it. The afternoon tea and breakfast provided by the hotel package are rich in variety and taste very good. Finally, I would like to thank the butler George for his patient and meticulous service. Hotel has a special offer of stay 3 nights pay for 2 only. We didn't see it online but you should call to check.
Great experience, lobby & reception staffs were super helpful & exceptional service.
The "journey to the clouds.." tour runs 2 times/day (in chinese) start at 10am & 4pm (I forgot what time they have the English tour). On website they asked to reserve a day in advance but if your travel time is in not a busy days, you can join the tour without a reservation
