房間破舊，進去就是一股異味，廁所門把手壞的，廁所內多處瓷磚開裂。地板嘎吱作響。免費車位沒有，必須用公園的車位，每小時6元。房間做不到私隱，公園裡的遊客可以隨意進出酒莊，紗窗根本就是透光的，外面可以把裏面瞧的通透。

房間陳舊衞生間瓷磚開裂都可以接受但晚上衞生間泛起的陣陣糞味把我們一家三口薰醒衞生間的門我們始終關閉但一點兒也無法改善動物糞便的味道因為天氣炎熱不敢開陽台門散味怕外面蚊子進來總之這一晚實在太難熬衹睡了四個小時便睜眼熬到天亮逃也似的辦理退房住過這麼多年的酒店民宿楊姆酒莊令我們此生難忘！

非常糟糕；沒有人幫忙提行李，長者小孩自己拎着行李箱，從停車場走到民宿距離不算近的。沒有早餐，晚餐也沒有，旁邊的楊姆燒烤，問了熟的不賣，買生的自己烤也不賣。民宿設施陳舊，灰塵滿滿；無法更改或取消，商家都不同意，大家謹慎預訂。非常差的體驗。
