Lousy hotel, irresponsible staff and would not be back. Not welcome

We were upgraded to a bigger room, it was spacious. Bed was comfortable. The complimantry night snack tasted good. It's close to the place we wanted to visit for our business. Recommend for business travellers.

Location, room comfort, hotel condition I chose the this hotel for its location.my late check-in and 3 nights stay was a very pleasant experience: comfortable bed and pillows, courteous and helpful staff, clean and generous sized room, plus professional service, efficiency and tranquility for business travel. Recommended!

There was ***** hair on the bed in the room, the air conditioner was not cooling, the attitude and service of the waiter on duty were very good, but other staff did not express any opinion?

The room was smaller than expected, but clean enough. My biggest complaint was the service! And the food! This was my first time booking a Four Points by Sheraton. Even though it's called Sheraton, it felt like nothing at all. The service was completely lacking. I called customer service at noon and was told I could order food from the restaurant, but when I got there, there was only a cleaning lady. Around 8pm, I went to the lobby bar, but it was empty. I called the front desk, but they couldn't help me. After waiting for ages, a manager showed up, but he seemed to run away. It was truly appalling. I've never encountered such poor service in a hotel. There was no one anywhere. Since I had an executive room, the welcome drinks were just two cans of Sprite. It made me laugh. The next day's breakfast was no different. It was nothing good at all. It was the worst. The milk gave me diarrhea, and the juice was the cheapest, watered-down version of bottled juice. It was simply unpalatable. I'll never go back to this place again. I hope they close down soon. The late-night cafeteria: Poor The two welcome drinks (based on the number of guests): Very poor Breakfast: Terrible

Service: I have to say that the service is still very positive. There is a stuffy smell when entering the room. Maybe there is too much dust in Shanghai, the exterior glass is a bit dirty, but the hygiene of the room is still OK Environment: It is not far to various tourist attractions. It is generally about 3 kilometers by taxi. You can walk to the surrounding restaurants to eat farm food. I have to say that the hotel's lunch set was beyond my expectation. It was very delicious. The smoked fish was delicious and the chef's skills were first-class👍

Service: There are no delivery robots, so those who like to order takeout should choose carefully.

The hotel environment is very good and the service is also in place. I booked a king-size bed room, which was upgraded upon arrival and also included free breakfast. Thanks to Andy for his service, I will stay here again next time.

When I checked in, it might be because of the agent that the data was not pushed in time. Ctrip’s confirmation text message said that it had received the check-in information half an hour later. It seems that the agent I found is not good... I booked a standard room and a king-size bed room. When I took the room card upstairs, there were two king-size beds. I was speechless... It took me a long time to go downstairs to change. I sat in the room with my family for a while and felt too hot, so I notified the room service to get a thin blanket. When I opened the blanket on the bed, I found the dirt that was easily reminiscent of the derivative after strenuous exercise (see picture)... I was overwhelmed. Fortunately, my daughter brought the quilt from school in the car and used it to cover herself (see picture). Having said so much, what I mean is that I am unlucky. I met temporary workers...

I have never seen a hotel with worse service than this one. The front desk said they were short of staff and couldn't even equip a robot. I suddenly had a special menstrual period and the takeaway I ordered was not delivered. Ctrip mediated and said I had to wait for another half an hour. The next morning, I was heard scolding the makeup artist as a sb. She still argued that she was losing her license plate. If she had the guts, she should have boldly admitted it. The reason was lame. Was the front desk dissatisfied with her life and specifically looking for customers to vent? I don't know if the hair dryer was leaking electricity or something. It made my hands numb. The hygiene is still OK. The environment is just average. There is nothing to see around. If you don't mind the poor service, you can stay here.
