Very good and nice service hotel

Their service is incredibly awesome. I wish i can stay there for a few more nights. When the time you walk in, they will service you until you leave the hotel. They helped us to book a car and helped us check if there is locker at the stations, so we don’t need to walk a long way back and collect our luggage again as it is raining.

Very nice and convenient hotel with spa bathtub inside the room.

Quite comfortable to stay. If you have your nearby, it’s a good option

Good overall, need to climb a few flight of stairs to reach the location from MRT. Private Hot spring is big and spacious and is an excellent experience

Excellent stay

Everything was great, great value for money! There was a simple afternoon tea, evening snacks, and breakfast was also prepared with great care! The hot spring water in the room was very large and comfortable to hold. All the service staff were very kind, answered any questions, and took the initiative to help, which was very rare!

The staff is very good, the breakfast is average, if you take a taxi from Beitou MRT Station, it costs about 100 Taiwan dollars, and it is about 6-8 minutes walk from Xinbeitou Station

The hot spring pool is large. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is very rich. Even the apples are cut into flower shapes.

The station is close to Xinbeitou. You have to go up a small ramp. The location is quite convenient. The room has a surprise, the body care and bath 🛁 products used are high-end. Breakfast time 07:00-09:00, there are fewer styles, but the taste is good. The waiter has a very good attitude. After checking in with the customer, they will help with their luggage, take the customer to the elevator, and then give a 90-degree greeting

As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the lady at the counter greeted us warmly and proactively, and guided us through check-in and parking arrangements. She also introduced the hotel's facilities and the surrounding snacks and delicacies. I really felt at home!
