Had a wonderful stay here! The place was very clean, the location was perfect, and the hotel staff were extremely helpful, professional, and polite. Truly enjoyed my experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

My stay this time completely exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the subway station. This made it super easy to reach tourist attractions and shopping areas without any detours, and going out for shopping was a breeze. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, with bedding that felt very comfortable to the touch and not the slightest unpleasant smell. The facilities were also quite new; the air conditioning cooled quickly and quietly, ensuring I slept soundly all night. The breakfast selection was very extensive, offering both Chinese options like congee and steamed buns, and Western choices such as bread and coffee. Everything tasted authentic, and a hearty meal truly energized me for a full day of exploring.

My stay was fantastic! The room was bright and fresh, equipped with new, voice-controlled smart features. The breakfast spread offered a great variety of dishes and was quite tasty. The hotel's proximity to Metro Lines 6 and 9, just a 9-minute walk, made getting around incredibly convenient. A fantastic bonus was the free laundry service: I could simply scan a QR code to place an order, and they would pick up and return my freshly washed clothes to my room.

Check-in at the front desk was super quick and efficient, and the staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel's design and decor are very stylish. I was also informed about complimentary services like free laundry (wash and dry) by scanning a QR code next to the bed, and they even offer goodnight porridge. The fact that all these services are free was a major plus! The hotel environment is fantastic, and the facilities and amenities are comprehensive and well-maintained. Rooms are equipped with Xiaodu smart control and are kept impeccably clean. I'll definitely be back!

The hotel boasts a distinct style, with a cool, lounge-bar-like ambiance. Its location is excellent, providing easy access to all areas, including Shuibei Gold and Huaqiangbei. The room's smart features are impressive; the Xiao Du AI assistant controls the lights and air conditioning, which is super convenient for a relaxing stay. We also really liked that the TV supports screen mirroring. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and thoughtful, even allowing us a late check-out.

The hotel design is very trendy and modern. The front desk attendant (a young lady) was incredibly sweet and friendly. The mattress was super comfortable; I had an excellent night's sleep and woke up feeling refreshed and ready for work today. The soundproofing in the room was excellent. While the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, it perfectly met my needs. I even went back for refills a couple of times but didn't manage to get a complete photo. There was also a thoughtful little gift, which I can take home to delight my child. The room also offered a complimentary 'goodnight sweet soup' service, which we regrettably couldn't enjoy because we were too full! 😉

I had a really great stay at FunGee X Hotel Shenzhen. The bed was super comfortable and I slept very well. The bathroom was spotless and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. They also provide free soft drinks, which was a nice touch. Another highlight is how convenient and efficient their service is – I was able to receive my Taobao deliveries without any hassle. I did some laundry during my stay, and the staff kindly moved my clothes to the dryer and even delivered them back to my room – such thoughtful service! They also helped me print out some documents quickly and smoothly. Overall, the staff are very efficient and attentive, and the hotel is both comfortable and practical. Highly recommend staying here!

I've stayed at Huanzhi Hotel several times now, and it's always my preferred choice whenever I visit Shenzhen. The hotel boasts excellent, chic, and innovative decor, making each stay feel fresh and unique. Yes, I genuinely love Huanzhi! The ambiance is also wonderful, with lush, vibrant green plants, and the rooms are equipped with Xiaodu smart controls. The front desk service is incredibly warm and welcoming. Highly recommended!

The room was decent, clean, and tidy. The front desk staff was very friendly and even upgraded me to a suite. My only complaint was a persistent smell that felt like formaldehyde. The front desk mentioned the hotel opened last March, so it might be something else, but I still hope they improve the ventilation. New hotels typically have good facilities, but indoor odors are indeed a problem.

The room was fantastic! Breakfast was excellent, with incredibly long serving hours, from 7:30 AM all the way until 1:00 PM. The lobby also featured some distinctive design elements. The room amenities were truly smart, including a Xiaodu robot and a Peanut robot for food delivery. They even thoughtfully upgraded my room. Everything was simply superb! I will definitely be back again.

A charming, well-designed boutique hotel that opened in 2024. It was spotlessly clean, and every staff member provided top-notch service. Limited parking is available outside the lobby, requiring guests to leave their keys for potential vehicle relocation. Several restaurants are conveniently located right outside the hotel, offering great dining options for those who prefer not to venture far. We received a complimentary welcome cocktail upon check-in, and the in-room mini-fridge was stocked with complimentary beverages.
