Very well located in the city heart, airport transfer is starts/ends at the doorstep of the hotel for only 1:30 ANZ per person one way. Specious and clean rooms with a lot of light. Breakfast needs more attention - choices are limited, with a lot of cakes and pastries on display - not really a breakfast thing! The reception staff needs to take care of comms between the guest and hotel when checking in guest - they refused to honour their own commitment of earlier check in.

Parkside Hotel apartment, best of best key point its location, beautiful view, nearby shopping center, metro train, bus stand, park, everything is so beautiful, such a great location, from where you can enjoy tourist attractions, shopping plaza and everything you need, Parkside Hotel is located in such a place, the best thing is its location, the room with balcony in which I was staying, from this balcony, not only mountain view but also city view, sea view and park, everything is clear, beautiful and great, I like this location giving 5 star other things not even equal to 3 star.

It was okay for general but the It was in a good location. The airport transfer is done right in front of it, but I encountered a few problems and they didn't try to solve them at all. My room was very different from the images and they definitely didn't accept that it was their mistake. I paid extra for the room in the images. The other issue was that my friend came to my room for 1-2 hours and although I was alone in the room, they wanted extra for 1-2 hours. They were not helpful at all. However, the trip officials returned these fees to me in exchange for coins. I would like to thank the teip officials. They also said that there was a bathtub in the new room, but there wasn't even one. There wasn't even a door to the shower cabin.

Amazing view. And comfortable bed

The room was very good and spacious, and the location is also excellent. However, I believe there is room for improvement in the area of conflict management. It would be beneficial for the team especially the supervisor to receive training in handling such situations more effectively and professionally.

One of the best hotels with really good view and price

I would recommend the hotel simply because of the location. The airport shuttle picks up and drops off right in front of the hotel, making transport to/from the airport very simple and very cheap. As a centrail location, with a metro stop 3 minutes away, it has all of the food/grocery options you'd need within a 5-minute walking radius. Regarding the facility, we had a suite with a kitchen and family area, which made our stay pleasant. The interior wasn't fancy and was a bit dates, but was clean and suitable. The staff were fine, but I would not say they were especially "warm."

I had wonderful stay at Parkside hotel (staybridge hotel new name) and even thou i had an issue with my initial booking but Emin did his best and solved it in no time,, many thanks to Emin and the rest of Parkside team.

Don't stay here! The so-called 28May is just a transportation center, the airport bus terminal and Baku Railway Station. It is very dirty and messy at night. It takes 40 minutes to walk to the old city of Baku. If you come to travel, stay in the old city of Baku. When I booked, I wrote one person's name and booked a suite for 580 RMB. When checking in, my wife was asked to pay an additional 50 manat (more than 200 RMB).
