設施：設施雖然很有年代感，但基礎起居夠用。
衞生：房間、浴室，都很乾凈。
環境：距離南門港和汽車站很近，附近的餐館、超市等基礎配套設施很齊全。
服務：阿姨人挺熱情的，24小時提供開水，洗衣服的話阿姨還提供洗衣服務。
總結：適合找工作期間過渡的住處，對住處要求不高的可以考慮這裏。

這次是最近三年住過最差的地方。忍了很久，本來不想做點評，考慮房東長者經營也不容易。但是一夜無眠，第二天行程全部受到影響，實在不吐不快！首先房間設施並未標註沒有配空調，這個就混淆視聽之嫌，當時在這附近比較了三四家同等體量的旅館，其他家都明確寫了沒有空調，就這家沒寫，以為撿到寶……現實是衹有一個吱吱響的小風扇，不要貪便宜！這是一傢俬人住宅一樓家庭旅館，經營35年了，沒有任何裝修和改造，大家自己掂量到底好不好，我這次自己的選擇，我自認倒黴，也罷。其次，房東拿自居小蝸居房用來出租給旅客，不知道合不合規？房間門口明確寫的自居房三個字。 房間和公共衞生間再臟再差再舊也都能忍，畢竟價格不高。但是房間正對門裝着聲控燈，而內窗無法關閉，且沒有遮光窗光簾，一個晚上燈亮幾十上百次，光亮正對床頭，讓人一夜無眠，這實在説不過去！！！附近房間的人翻個身燈會亮，咳個嗽燈會亮，有人説話燈亮，有人打電話燈會亮，有人上廁所燈會亮，有人走動和開關門不用説。從入住到清晨7點壓根就沒睡着過，每隔幾分鐘，或者一二十分鐘，當你睏意來臨時那個像探照燈一樣照在床頭，讓人想**的心都有！！！這種反人性的垃圾家庭旅館，建議大家不住也罷！！！還有攜程4點幾分怎麼來的？作為攜程鉑金會員，這種條件，這種臟亂差的地方，我一分都不會給！！！

距離南門港碼頭以及公交總站很近，價格經濟實惠，設施齊全，老闆人挺好的。點外賣也方便。去公司報到之前的落腳點，確實不錯。👍
