The location is between people square station and east nanjing so it’s convenient to go out. Near Chagee/ hey tea . Staff is good. 👍 love it!!

Highly recommended. 5 mins walk to nearest mrt line, delicious food nearby

We stay here for 4 nights with family. The location is great. Clost to walking street but still has the quite location. Breakfast buffet s also great with variety of choices. Staff is friendly and helpful especially for PanPan. She helps explain and facilitate our stay. Recommended.

Very nice hotel. Better than expected location due to some error on Google Maps. Within 5 mins to Nanjing Pedestrian Street.
The receptionist is very courteous. Friendly.
The room is clean. Spacious. Guest Laundry can be crowded due to some inconsiderate guests. Unlimited supply of bottled water from reception. Bathroom glass door a bit awkward because it is semi-tinted (semi see through 😅)
Will come back to this hotel if I return to visit Shanghai.

All the staff in this hotel are friendly and helpful. They always have a smile when serving. The hotel shared the same building with Holiday Inn Nanjing and Elong hotel. Some lifts will bring you to Holiday Inn loft lobby, which is also fine. The daily breakfast place is shared with Elong hotel. If you did not have daily breakfast included in your booking, you can just pay on the day itself. My room is a queen bed and 2 single beds. Very spacious, and clean. There is no window, and initially i had the concern of the room being too stuffy as it is central aircon and they usually don’t on the aircon when the temperature is low (ie they allow natural air in instead). However, it was still cooling in the room when i travelled in mid Nov. The front desk offered air cooler if we find the room too stuffy. Good service. We communicated with the hotel via Wechat (Wechat ID: ************) before the check in, very convenient. One suggestion: It would be better if the toilet and shower area is separated as it would be more convenient for the guests as this room type can stay up to 4 persons. Plus, they have a 24hrs Chagee within walking distance! The famous Lai Lai xiao Long is also within walking distance. Overall, recommended!
