首先下車之後由於入住日一樓有結婚婚車，所以找不到工作人員也沒有工作人員引導進四樓入住，其次辦完入住之後説了衹要憑藉著給的卡片換門卡就行，回來之後特別長龍的隊伍，去問旁邊的工作人員，説是讓我排隊，好在我排了一段時間，旁邊的男工作人員問我辦什麼，直接把卡片拿去換房卡了。其次就是入住時候不説餐廳在哪裡，什麼基本的內容都不説，我還要通過打電話去問，電話還容易佔線。餐廳也是，服務人員問完喝紅茶之後沒有消息了，這是我住過體驗特別不好的酒店。
