I stayed in this hotel for two days. On the first night, the construction outside the window lasted until 10 pm. The next morning, the construction started at 6 am. I was woken up at 6 am and called the front desk. They said the construction outside the window was too early. The front desk said, "Hello, ma'am. It's a government project outside the window. The construction time is from 6 am to 10 pm. I'm like ***. Am I calling to hear how difficult it is for you? Do you need me to call 110 for you?" Since I had a friend living with me on the first day, I didn't go crazy and asked the front desk if they could change my room. At 7am, the front desk called me back and said they had a quiet room. After I changed to the quiet room, I immediately found that the room was very cold. The temperature inside the room was only about 10 degrees. But because I was dealing with work at the time, I didn't pay much attention to it. Before I went out in the afternoon, I set the air conditioner temperature to 25 degrees. At 8pm, I returned to the hotel to work overtime and found that the room temperature was still about 10 degrees. I called the front desk during my overtime break and said that your air conditioner was broken. The front desk said something, but I didn't care what she meant. I heard that she said she didn't know how to use this air conditioner. I said, can you come up and adjust the temperature for me? Then someone came up and adjusted the air conditioner temperature to 28 degrees. I went to sleep right after get off work. At about 1am, my nostrils were blocked. I woke up and searched a bunch of resignation guides. I was so upset. I looked at the room temperature and it was 19 degrees. I called my friends at 2am and cried, "Why didn't this ** hotel let me sleep?" I called the front desk again. When the front desk came in, she said, "Your room is so cold." I was really going crazy. Why are the staff at this hotel so shameless? Who gave them that? When I checked out, I found that the room I stayed in the next day was leaking.

The room is relatively large, clean and sanitary, the staff is enthusiastic and the service is good
