The stay was excellent. Although there aren’t any shops or eateries within close walking distance, the experience more than made up for it thanks to the amazing staff. They were warm, genuinely friendly, and went out of their way to help with anything we needed. Their attentiveness made our trip feel effortless and truly enjoyable. I’d gladly come back again. Highly recommended.

老闆娘服務周到超有耐心，會一一回答我的問題，還會推薦附近哪裡比較好逛和迪士尼小程序（必須必須必須，迪士尼小程序真的太好用太方便了）。
從免費升級房間 星光放映廳·蜜月輕奢大床房 （星空觀景） --＞ 慕汀180°觀景大床房 （浴缸）（原因最近沒有星空可看，又不用上下四樓：**住了兩晚還真的是沒星空可看**），建議我去小上海步行街以及萬達廣場購物和尋找美食，隔天安排早餐，專車接送迪士尼，建議我提早一天買高鐵票不然當天很大機會買不到適合時間的票，再到退房時幫我安排打車到虹橋車站。
如果你想到上海迪士尼玩又不想住太貴的酒店，我推薦上海七愈7EON設計師名宿！！！

Excellent service from the sweet and polite receptionist.
People are friendly and helpful
Pictures should be updated so to show guest its real/present condition, which is quite different from what is posted on Trip.com regarding to hotel's present appearance.
Pool was clean and sprinklers were fun for the kids.
Rooms are spacious and it's got everything we needed.

All clues were so kind that I didn't get any troubles. And international person can get breakfast for free. That's also a good point. This hotel is a bit far from Disney resort, so you need to take a taxy to get there. It's good way to call taxy through Disney staffs to avoid getting ripped off.
