It looks very beautiful in the photo, probably taken when it was newly renovated. The overall condition is much worse now. For example, the rubber strips in the bathroom shower have been bent and deformed, so the door cannot be completely closed. The rubber strips next to the sink are also black and have mold. The floor was very dirty when I arrived, and I had to clean it myself. The bed sheet also had a hole (it looked like a hole burned by the previous tenant smoking). The chairs in the restaurant also had big holes in them and were shaky and looked like they were about to fall apart. Generally speaking, the sanitation and facilities are a bit disappointing, but the location is convenient, there is a washing machine, and the nearest subway stations are Laoximen and Yuyuan, about 13-15 minutes' walk. The indoor space is large, and the view from the window directly overlooking the Bund skyline is the advantage of this apartment.

The host is helpful and good service. Good location just 5 mins to Yuyuan Old Street, near Hong Kong Shopping malls where can find foods and shopping there. The night view from balcony so magnificent! anyway if u improve the cleanliness in some spot and smart toilet will be perfect.

The location is very good, about 10 minutes walk from Yu Garden and not far from the Bund by taxi, and young people can walk there. There are Home Inn, Four Seasons and a shopping mall downstairs with a small supermarket where you can buy daily necessities. There is a bedroom where you can see the night view of the Oriental Pearl Tower at night. You can watch TV shows on the TV and projector in the room. It is very suitable for living with parents. The pillows in the room have a sour smell. There are no disposable bath towels. What is provided are the hotel bath towels, which I dare not use. It is recommended to prepare your own toiletries.

I went to the accommodation and the location and security were good.
It's really a building in a Korean apartment complex.
There's a Yewon right in front, a 5-minute walk away.
But the problem is that it's so dirty.
There was dust on all the items and it was scary because there was so much dust under the bed.. And it's on the 2nd floor.
Oh, I had a hard time because the toilet got clogged even though I just flushed the toilet. ㅠㅠㅠ
It's cheap, but it's not that cheap in China.
Hmm.. I don't recommend it!

Apartment looks completely different than the picture showed on the website and the room is very dirty. I had to contact the host for them to clean the room again before putting my stuff down. I had told them the floor was wet when we came in, but the response was to clean it myself with the cleaning equipment they have provided in their room.  it was a 15 minute walk to the nearest metro station as well. The layout of the apartment was also a bit weird.  You can tell that the towels were very old as well. However, the cleaning guy was lovely and he was able to provide us with more toilet papers and cleaner towels.  I probably wouldn’t come back again is cleanliness is your top priority during your stay.
