We really wanted to like the hotel, but were very disappointed during our stay. 1. Dirty room on arrival. The floor was very sticky and visually dirty and made us feel as if the rest of the room wasn’t cleaned properly as well. We informed the staff and was offered to switch rooms, but felt that we may have got a smaller room as a result 2. We woke up to extremely loud banging outside our window at 8:30am and found workers working on the hotel. We were not warned about this and surprised by the strangers outside our window 3. The next morning there was no hot water so we could not take a shower. 4. The breakfast buffet was poorly managed. It was difficult to find a seat, limited selection, and waited 5-10 in line for coffee machine to work every day 5. For the price. There were much better, newer hotels in the area like the Ahotel across the street which other members of my family stayed

Nice and spacious room. Friendly staff easy to check in. Very good location close to train station less than 5mins walk.
