Few hours stayed for shower and rest. But not recommended for full night stay! Stairs are narrow and not possible to carry the luggage up to the room as not enough space to put it!

The hotel is at very good location. Convenient to all nearby attraction. Wang at the reception is a really nice guy. He helped us a lot for booking cabs.

The hotel is in a strategic location. The room is ok, but a little improvement can make it up to the value i paid. The air-conditioning unit in the room is really cold, but its giving out rattling sounds. The plumbing for the toilet seat was left with a surprise coming in. There is no elevator, so if your luggage is light, then its ok. Or else you would have to carry up around 2 floors. The staff at the counter is very helpful in helping our luggage and problems.

Convenient stay for one night. Comfy bed, air conditioner works fine, bathroom has decent water pressure.

The room was quite small. The air conditioner was old and incredibly noisy, making it impossible to sleep well at night. I felt anxious and utterly exhausted. The AC constantly emitted a cacophony of various, alternating sounds – it wasn't just one type of noise, but a multitude that kept changing. The air conditioning was truly the worst part of my stay; the constant racket severely disrupted my sleep. I don't usually have high demands for sleep, but this noise was genuinely loud and impossible to ignore.

Excellent location, the room was spacious, the air conditioner works. Of the minuses - there is no elevator in the hotel and if you have a lot of luggage, contact the hotel to be accommodated on the lower floor. It was also not very clean, the main thing was that there was clean bed linen. Hotel in the center, excellent location, for this price a good hotel to sleep. So I can recommend this hotel if you are a solo traveler and want live in central area with very good price !

Considering its prime location in Shanghai and the price, this hotel offers fantastic value for money. The cleanliness was impeccable, giving me complete peace of mind. Its proximity to various attractions is a huge plus, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. It's an ideal choice for budget-conscious travelers needing easy access to the city. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always greeting guests with smiles and warm hellos, which truly enhanced the overall experience. Their hospitality definitely earns five stars! I'll certainly be back for another stay.

Hotel was perfectly located near the pedestrian street, where you can find a lot of restaurants, convenience stores and shops. The air conditioning worked perfectly and cold, the bed was also very comfortable, I didn’t want to get up!! Room wallpaper could be fixed/improved.

An atmospheric hotel with an excellent location. The friendly staff is always ready to help. There is a shared refrigerator, washing machine, and microwave oven.

While I wouldn’t call it vintage, the building is certainly very old and not in the best repair. The room really felt like it could do with a deep clean, especially the walls. And be advised there is no elevator. However, the bed was comfortable and having a window was nice. Wifi signal was stable and strong. The two staff members I spoke to were super friendly and helpful. Location was good, about 5 mins from the mtr. If you’re a nerd there is also a shopping mall just for anime stuff nearby. All in all, more of a cheap perfunctory place to put your head, if that suits your needs.

Very nice hotel perfectly located in the center of Shanghai. The staff is very friendly and helped me to carry my luggage to my room.

Location was near to where we needed to be. The hotel is very old and in need of renovation, flaky uneven walls, floor is sagging and sloped to the centre of the room. Room was not cleaned and new towels only supplied when requested. There are no facilities, says there is a tv, but there is not, internet was very poor and un-usable. Much better hotels in the area, for the same price, would not stay here again.

Over all was nice, just very cold inside the room. And the third floor felt like 5th floor.
