Scenery at Rock Bar and Kubu Beach is magnificent, but expenses in the resort is quite pricey. Overall hospitality and service is excellent.

The hotel is generally nice. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Housekeeping is very successful. The atmosphere in the restaurants is pleasant, although the venues are a bit expensive. Other than that, it’s impossible to use a stroller within the facility — there are no ramps and mostly stairs, so you don’t really have the option to use a stroller. Overall, we liked it.

I recently stayed at Ayana resort in Bali, and it was an unforgettable experience. The resort’s private beach provided a serene and exclusive escape, allowing me to relax without crowds. The breathtaking seaside views were simply mesmerizing, especially during sunrise and sunset—truly picture-perfect moments! The rooms were incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and well-maintained, making my stay exceptionally comfortable. Waking up to the sound of the waves was a dream. The resort’s overall ambiance was peaceful and luxurious, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic stay. Whether you’re looking for a romantic retreat or a tranquil vacation, I highly recommend Ayana resort. I can’t wait to return!

Always my first choice. Enjoy the stay!!!! Sure will come back for holiday. For the sound healing session, average experience coz someone was snoring during the session which I felt quite disturbed. Hope can improve the arrangement.

2nd time staying at AYANA. Very happy with the hardward and service as before, but definitely recommend against staying in SEGARA. The soundproofing is very poor and you can hear the traffic on the resort road outside, something which I definitely did not expect while staying in the middle of nowhere. The main resort is much more convenient and relaxing, and pretty much the same price when I booked.

Really new hotel with killer facilities and pack full of culture. Located in a nice strip of beach and cliffs in south Bali island, very safe with really convenient transportation, food is really good and cleanness, not the most cheap in terms of pricing but made up with killer facilities such as pool and the globally renowned rock bar. This hotel really has everything, when we got to Bali island I thought we were going to go to tourism spots, turns out we stayed in the hotel the entire time and did nothing but explore the hotel made up of 3 5 star resorts. Staff are super friendly and service is one of the best I’ve experienced!
