Went for a conference and stayed at this hotel because of location. It was a great choice. Very busy with the National History Day competition, but the staff was great and my room was lovely. Very confident to stay here again. Area is surrounded by convenient shops and amenities. Restaurants and cafes right at the hotel as well. Very clean and comfortable.

Very good staff and clean. Breakfast is amazing

Apartment is clean and huge. Staff are friendly and helpful as well. Location is subjective depending on what’s your purpose. If you’re a business traveller who has office nearby or is solely going only to Disneyland, then this hotel is perfect. However if you plan to explore Shanghai like regular tourist, I wouldn’t recommend this location as it’s very far away from the city and other attractions, it’s around 35mins drive just to get across the river to Puxi and you’re no where near a metro station. Amenities wise for a serviced apartment, lacking a washing machine is really disappointing, although they do have paid laundry services, but it’s ¥50/piece This apartment comes only with 1.5 washroom. There is 1 full bath but the other one is a powder room. So you do have to queue up to take a shower

Reached the hotel, and they upgraded me into the suite room, but it was better they didn’t, it was too dark, dirty and dingy. It’s not worth even half of what I spent. Not recommended

Very nice hotel with an excellent value for the agreeable price. The breakfast was enormous, varied and tasty, with some of the best coffee at any of the hotels I've stayed in while in China. The furnishings in the room are a bit old, but everything works perfectly (which can't be said for many hotels with modern furnishings) and the room is clean. One big drawback is the location, which is far off any metro stations, and a taxi into the city is usually quite expensive. The hotel is likely best-suited for conferences and groups with dedicated travel options and shuttles. Regardless, a very nice stay with excellent facilities.

Excellent Hotel with wonderful staff. Especially to mention Mr Qadir Zhang. He is extremely helpful and accommodating.

The room was nice enough but compared to other executive rooms just lacked the wow factor. The room was on the 16th floor and provided a nice view. I was welcomed with some cookies when I checked in but received no welcome fruit or welcome drink that was mentioned on the welcome letter. The lounge was really nice and had a great variety to choose from. Breakfast was ok and I would have said good but on my last day they were still putting things out and filling up the juice at 6:40 and as we were on a schedule felt a bit rushed to finish breakfast. The location was good enough for where I was needed to go and had a range of restaurants really close by.

Guest services were exceptional. They were very friendly with smiles and greetings every time I was coming in or going out. Breakfast was fantastic. It was versatile to both Chinese and Western favorites. Room service was great. Reasonable prices and made fresh on order. There’s a convenient store on site that stays open late for late night munchies or necessities. I highly recommend this Ramada.

Nice location, many good restaurants around, good deal hotel rate. Need some improvement for breakfast.

Service was friendly and easy. I received an upgrade to an apartment, and the room was comfortably appointed with enough in the kitchen to cook basic meals. I appreciated the location and a very fast and easy check in and check out process.

Overall was good, just that bathroom abit too cold during showers during winter time. Location also abit further away from the city. But cleanliness and service was good. Buffet breakfast spread could be better.
