We had a very satisfying stay. Upon entering the lobby, we were greeted by adorable capybara plush toys, which our kids absolutely loved. Check-in at the front desk was smooth and efficient; they even reminded us to book the shuttle bus to Disneyland. Our room was well-equipped, and the extra-large king bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. In the evening, we ordered a lot of takeout, and we simply had to tell the delivery driver to place it in the robot, which then brought it directly to our room door – so convenient! The breakfast restaurant had a pleasant ambiance with plenty of seating. The buffet spread was quite rich and varied, perfectly suiting our tastes, and our whole family left feeling very full and satisfied – it was great! When we were delayed by an unexpected event, the front desk graciously extended our check-out time, which was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating. Highly recommend!

You simply book your pick-up time in advance, and they handle all the transportation to and from the park, saving us a lot of hassle. As soon as we stepped inside, we were completely charmed. The adorable Casbah-inspired elements visible everywhere instantly created a playful, whimsical atmosphere. The room itself was just as impressive; not only was it spotless and well-maintained, but they also thoughtfully provided complimentary snacks. When we ordered takeout, the robot delivery service to our door was both novel and convenient. Every small detail truly showed great care and thoughtfulness. Breakfast in the morning didn't disappoint either. The variety was exceptional, with Chinese pastries, Western dishes, and fresh fruit all available. It was the perfect way to fuel up and start our energetic day at Disneyland. This stay truly exceeded all our expectations and significantly enhanced our Disneyland trip. The surroundings are lovely, and its convenient location offers great transport links. The rooms looked really fresh, clean, and well-maintained. When traveling with children, our top priorities when choosing a hotel are space and cleanliness. This hotel truly impressed us. The room was incredibly spacious, and the bathroom's excellent wet and dry separation meant the floor stayed dry, which was safe and convenient for my family. The staff were very attentive; noticing we had kids, they thoughtfully provided extra bottles of water. The hotel features a children's playground, a kids' reading corner, and even an adorable pet park. The facilities are quite comprehensive, allowing us to easily entertain our children without even having to leave the hotel. Considering the price, we are extremely satisfied. It’s okay that the air conditioning doesn’t produce cold air, but the noise is also loud! It was hot and noisy. I couldn't sleep at night. The business just didn't turn on the air conditioner in the backend host. The seasons changed, and the cold and hot air switched. They wanted to save money. The real five-star hotel also has central air conditioning, so this problem doesn't exist. So the front desk fooled us. With such a high room rate, they were reluctant to turn on the air conditioner for guests. My child's face was red from the heat. The breakfast also showed that the business was stingy.
