Room is big and clean. very convenient and close to Disneyland. The room is clean, and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast is great, with plenty of variety. Highly recommended!

If you book the family room, the kids will really love it. But even if you choose a standard room, the playground downstairs is excellent for children. There are drawing/colouring activities, and the breakfast is great — the kids will really enjoy it.

Hotel is very close to Disneyland, about 5 mins by cab.. Breakfast was amazing and even had kids corner to watch TV while eating. Overall good experience.

The room was clean and beautiful. They even hv toys for kids to play with. The size is spacious and the bathroom size is aswell. No bidet in the bathroom but other than that they provide a lot of amenities

第一次遇到這麼差的酒店！！！
一: 房間床上，枕頭上有毛髮，酒店值班經理陪同換房3次，連續4間房床上，枕頭上均有毛髮，有一間還是經過酒店再次檢查後給我的，結果還是一樣。有一間房間，地面上，馬桶上都是毛髮，鏡子上全是水漬。迷你吧冰箱櫃門上全是污漬。凳子底下還有上一間房客人遺留下來的包裝袋。特別最後一間房，枕頭上居然是一根**。
二:在換房間期間，我們帶女兒在大堂的商店買迪士尼的娃娃，處理換**宜的值班經理也在，他對一位禮賓師傅説:要不然買一個娃娃送給我女兒表達歉意，禮賓師傅説他們房費就500多，還買娃娃呢？！他就站在我們身邊講的，我聽的清清楚楚，我差你這100多塊錢？我要你這樣説我？
三:第四次的房間出現**後，我們已經身心俱疲，跑了一天的路，在酒店又耗了一個多小時，家人都累了。我拿了一個房間讓酒店重新打掃一下先讓家人休息，但是絕不代表我認可了這個酒店及酒店的處理方式。
四:本來明天我們是準備一大早要去迪士尼，今天弄的這麼晚，直接影響我們明天迪士尼的遊玩，影響心情。
五:酒店淋浴間設計反人類，沒有門，無法封閉，龍頭上沒有任何標識指示冷水，熱水。淋浴頭無法固定在牆上進行沖淋。導致我老婆根本無法一人帶女兒洗澡。
最搞笑的是，當天晚上，和我説MOD回家睡覺了，沒有領導處理事情。我第一次聽説酒店MOD能回家睡覺的！而且！而且！而且！直到今天，快一個月了，酒店領導沒有給我回任何回話和道歉！
我打了12345投訴，12345回覆我説，酒店説根本不存在我順德這些事情。真是離了個大譜！
