店如其名，森林裏的小住，適合帶家庭來。
服務非常好，哪怕是客服服務的阿姨，都是真誠的服務。
早餐的小餛飩很不錯，這點很意外。
小童樂園東西很多，意外的豐富。
庭院裏的噴泉都讓我們遇上了，運氣真好，綠化很密，吸吸氧氣的好地方。

有很多適合小朋友玩的遊戲，裏面有的大人玩也蠻開心的，離東平森林公園開車也很近，酒店服務很熱情，還有歡迎水果和退房時的大米崇明糕送。

酒店很乾凈，景色美如畫！訂的房間是上下層的有旋轉樓梯的房間，小朋友超級喜歡。前台小姐姐熱情周到，餐廳早餐雖然東西種類不多，但是味道很不錯。（工作日來的話住客不多，週末的話人還是蠻多的）。退房時候送了崇明糕和大米。

今次是參加三項鐵人比賽而去的。
第一天到達，天氣不佳。但經理及前台人員熱情幫忙。又介紹食物，用心推介👍🏻。推介了崇明糕，好味
值得大贊：經理知道大會冇安排接駁車去比賽場地，特別在早上安了3個時間的車，送參賽者去大會接駁車處，貼心服務，讓參賽者安心👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
第二天睡過頭，還有3分鐘早餐完結，打電話到前台，主管立即請餐廳留食物，還請我不用急，慢慢食食，招呼週到🥰。中午餐點3pm才去吃，紅燒肉（肉淋、汁好好味）蒸黃魚（鮮味到不得了😋，之前在廈門五星酒店吃的也沒有這次新鮮、肉嫩）、奄篤鮮（湯很好喝、鮮味），RMB169，扺！
第三天：幫忙觀賽者打車去比賽場地👍🏻，離開時經理竟送上崇明糕作伴手禮🥰🥰🥰。太窩心了。
我一定會再嚟！

週末來吃喜酒，在周邊找了酒店休息二天來來回回方便一點，看到這家酒店的地理位置還不錯，但是看看評論好像一般，所以來之前還有點忐忑，一路導航開過來，發覺真的如酒店名稱一般，開進了森林裏麪，一路都是鬱鬱葱葱的大樹，進入酒店後發覺非常安靜，大堂前面還有一個小湖，左手邊進去都是一排別墅區，環境幽雅。進入客房後，房間也比我想象中要寬敞明亮，前面還有一個小陽台，直麪樹林，雖然客房內設施略顯一般，但也符合酒店的級別。晚餐可以酒店點餐，味道也還不錯，早餐品種雖然不多，但也有類似崇明糕之類的特色。酒店工作人員服務非常好，主動給了淋浴室的坐凳（住客行動不便），離開酒店遺漏了物品工作人員又及時發現並主動聯繫我再安排快遞寄出來，原本並沒有非常期待的酒店入住體驗完全出乎意料的要好，再次感謝酒店工作人員！

服務：工作人員服務熱情周到，響應需求迅速，入住時還貼心準備了伴手禮，細節之處盡顯用心。前台提供咖啡機、桌遊等便利設施，兼顧家庭出遊的娛樂與放鬆需求。
設施：房間設計存在明顯短板。浴室為半透明玻璃隔斷，毫無私隱可言；老虎窗完全無遮光設施，天一亮陽光直射影響睡眠；更嚴重的是空調總機被關閉，無法調節室温，導致房間悶熱難耐。此外，洗澡時水温極不穩定，頻繁出現忽冷忽熱現象，嚴重影響沐浴體驗。
總體評價：酒店在衞生、環境和服務方面表現優秀，是親子度假的理想選擇，但設施問題亟待改進。若能優化私隱設計、完善空調系統、增加遮光措施並解決水温穩定性問題，相信會吸引更多回頭客。
