Overall, it's quite good. While a bit dated, it was spotless, and they clearly made an effort to be thoughtful and meticulous. The service was excellent – not overly eager, but always responsive to any request. The young server in the restaurant was incredibly enthusiastic and capable; I was quite touched by his dedication. When I dropped something, he immediately came over to handle it, swiftly and efficiently. Frankly, his diligent work reminded me of the hard work and effort many of us put in daily; it's truly not easy for anyone. The location is superb, very close to Yuyuan Road and Jiangsu Road, making it extremely convenient. However, I didn't see the 'Enjoyment Package' (乐享礼包), and as I'm unfamiliar with it, I won't comment.

The hotel is a historic building and beautifully preserved, which I really liked. Overall, the stay was pleasant, and the breakfast was good. However, the housekeeping was a bit careless. During my four-night stay, on several occasions, the bed wasn't even properly made. The cups weren't washed either. It felt like they simply replaced the towels and that was it.

The room quality exceeded my expectations, making it very convenient for a family trip. The hotel's business set menu was both affordable and great value for money. The toiletries were excellent, specifically the Baicaoji brand. Plenty of complimentary bottled water was provided, and we even received a DAHUA Apartment souvenir. The only minor drawback was that the family room, being located near the Yan'an Road elevated highway, was quite noisy. If you're a light sleeper, I highly recommend requesting a room on the south side.

After a thorough search, I finally settled on this hotel, and I'm very pleased with my choice.
The location is excellent, with direct access from Hongqiao via the elevated highway.

The hotel is quite near to the metro, around 16 min walk. The check in & out was quick, room was sparkling clean, they provide almost everything like teas, drip coffee, bathing stuffs, hair dryer, as well as a refrigerator.
The wc has e-bidets and warmer. If you’re muslim, we stumbled upon 2 halal restaurants about less than 1km radius if you walk from the hotel. Thank you, it was a pleasant stay

Hotel is located next to high way. 15 minutes walk from Shang Shen market. Can easily find convenience shop nearby. Highly recommended and will come back again!

The hotel located in good spot-walking distance from the french concession and 40 minutes from Pudong airport
The room had a good size (Double room) and and good service.
