Atour Xianxia Shanghai was not as clean as Atour Wuxi South Square but it was not dirty, it was alright. It was just Wuxi was really clean maybe it was because they opened 2025 only. Breakfast was more than enough as well so there's not much to ask for.

The staffs were incredibly nice and helpful!
Free laundry service and the toilet with warm water shower, no complaints!

Location is good, every places in hotrel are cleaned and confortable. Staffs are kind and smailing. I would like to stay next trip as well.

Firstly, the rooms were quite dark and could benefit from more lighting to create a more inviting atmosphere. Secondly, the cleanliness needs improvement; I expected a higher standard.
