Second stay at a Base Apartment hotel, never disappointed. Clean and spacious with a fair price. Seems like a safe bet if you're in China. Laundry service is available at the reviewed property.

This hotel is two blocks away from a major shopping center. Not much to eat around here - so if you’re not Chinese literate - it will be tough
The gym in the hotel is a real membership gym - good equipment and fully stacked
The washing machine in my room wouldn’t open after finishing my drying - even after an hour. Had to ask the technician for help to manually open it, so I could check out and leave
I probably won’t return here because the area is not too convenient -

The location is perfect—just a short walk from Suzhou Creek promenade and close to public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a kitchenette, washing machine, and comfortable bedding .
The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially the front desk team who provided quick check-in, local recommendations, and even assisted with takeout deliveries via their robot service .
