There are four elevators, so elevator congestion, which is quite common, is relatively rare.
I stayed here for four nights and five days, but the rule is that beds are only changed once a week, so they didn't change them.
Thanks to the fact that they arranged a high floor on the west side as I requested, I was able to enjoy a great view while staying there.
(The afternoon sun shines in a lot, and it's on the subway side where there is a lot of traffic, so it's noisy, but the view more than makes up for it.)
The microwave was broken and couldn't be used, but if you don't use it, it doesn't affect anything...

It was very helpful to be able to stay in a serviced apartment for just one day. There is a washing machine, kitchen, and tableware, so you can travel with less luggage. The facilities are a little old, but the hotel's service is excellent.
