住酒店到現在極少情況下寫差評，很難想象萬豪集團旗下居然有表現如此之差的酒店。
最差就是大堂管理：
1、酒店前台管理混亂不堪，，忙時排隊無人指引，自己想排那條隊排那條，快慢全憑自己的運氣。
2、門口迎賓毫無動作，上下打量一下，你愛誰誰。
3、攜程福利可以2點退房，但酒店給你做房卡就做到12點，還得跑前台一趟。
4、退房時候前台在看手機，頭也不抬説了句退房房卡放下就可以了。
再講房間設施：
1、洗漱間三個抽屜居然沒有吹風機，吹風機放在進門鞋櫃處，害我找半天。
2、空調也不行，感覺加不起氟利昂。
3、馬桶時不時發出放水聲。
4、窗簾一點不隔光。
5、晚上9:45打電話去賓客服務幾次無人接電話，打客房服務也打不通。
整個酒店衹有保潔阿姨面帶笑容客客氣氣。
酒店老設施方面的不足我可以忍受，但是大堂管理極為業餘的表現令人失望。
能聽的進意見去整改最好，聽不進也無所謂，酒店可以仗着地理位置好不缺客人。

絕對五星級酒店。進入酒店大堂就很有氣派，房間乾淨整潔，最主要購物餐飲也很方便，就在大寧國際，這是唯一一家開在商場的酒店，非常喜歡
