一個百年酒店品牌轟然倒塌
春節假期短暫的時光和女友一起入住上海靜安凱賓斯基酒店，可以説這是我目前住過的最差的一家酒店了。凱賓斯基是一家百年經典豪華酒店品牌，來自歐洲，而這家酒店的入住體驗，讓我感受到了這個百年品牌的傾覆。女友下班帶了一瓶白葡萄酒，想在夜晚徹底放鬆。結果入住房間發現他的杯具水漬十分明顯，換房後發現他的床鋪上有毛髮且一眼可見。後來我到場和值班經理溝通，對方居然完全不解決問題就一個勁説幫我升級房間，現在很多酒店不着眼於承認並改正衞生狀況，衹知道給客人房型之類的變化，你的衞生屢屢出現問題，還讓人怎麼相信你其他的房間就好呢，我在提出這些的時候，值班經理居然特別語氣話特別隨便的和我來了一句，我知道你們不差錢。這種話員工直接對着我説其他的酒店早就直接開掉了吧。女友提出的衞生問題他也居然公然和我這個同住人説是斤斤計較，胡攪蠻纏。最後換的房間，已經是第四次換房間了，玻璃杯依然有巨大指紋印，浴缸噴出的全是黃水，值班經理居然這個時候才來一句，我給您退房您去別的酒店吧，要知道可是凌晨了，這就是這家酒店處理客訴的態度和方案，第二天接到房務總監的電話就是房費七折，有意思的是他堅決不同意讓我們和他駐店總經理溝通了，八成是怕老外罵人吧，畢竟藏下來頭上的永遠不知道，有道聞住酒店有很多時候是住新不住舊，因為很多時候員工的心會隨着建築而變老，優者成為韻味和傳奇，劣者老油條且慢慢腐朽直至倒塌；這個集團的網上投訴也遠沒有萬豪，希爾頓那麼便捷高效，至此，一個由歐洲而來樹立百年的品牌因為這家門店就此轟然倒塌
