The city center is very convenient, and the shining Nanjing West Road is just outside the door. Suitable for family travel. The kitchen and living room are great. The service is also very good. The breakfast ravioli were fresh and tasty. Very suitable for short family trips

Fabulous location - right between two subway stations in the very heart of Shanghai. Very close to Shanghai Natural History Museum. The room is beautifully designed. Bathroom had a nasty smell.

The customer service upgraded the room for free and provided breakfast for two nights. The room was large and comfortable. The customer service was very good. The room lighting was dim and the pillows were a bit low.

Not bad. To be honest, it was mainly for New Year's Eve. A group of people were together. The room was big enough, but the facilities were a bit old. After all, the hotel is older and understandable. But the TV was too rubbish.
