這個房型，陽台和左右相鄰的房間的陽台沒有完全隔斷，不安全；入住兩晚都有很重的香煙味長時間瀰漫，不知道是從陽台還是空調傳來，導致提前退房；空氣不好還在於有油煙味。
設施比較老舊，比如淋浴和盆浴在一起，但沒有故障。房間大小夠用了，看起來還是挺乾淨舒適的，但是床墊很硬，配不上五星。
迎賓的男生不錯，迎賓拉門幫提行李帶路蠻勤快的；客房服務也很熱情，第一天入住送了水果，阿姨態度很好。
早餐是自助餐，種類比較少，炒菜就三個，每天會換花樣。餐廳面積也小。男女兩位餐廳經理不錯，男經理蠻實惠的，女經理服務態度很好，但有一位餐廳領位的小姑娘不行，由於大廳衹剩一個兩人桌，我們提出坐走廊的位置，在她這裏碰壁，讓她問問經理，經理立馬同意了，還幫忙移動餐具，但這個小姑娘這個時候還給我們看臉色，是哪位領導的親戚嗎？燒米粉麪條小餛飩之類的阿姨，態度奇差，命令式口吻，給錯餐品還大言不慚，如果年紀大記性實在不好建議退休。
前台，有一次打到總前台去了，態度差，聽起來也是個小姑娘；還有酒店前台一個女士也喜歡抬槓，讓她通知客房不主動要求不打掃這麼簡單的事，還要被她教育，衹好我親自和客房溝通，這麼好鬥的人不適合做客服。第二天晚上又很重的煙味，前台不敢打擾隔壁客房處理問題，好在願意換房，後來可能因為一樣房型問題難以解決，同意提前退房，退房辦理還是很挺順利的。
總之還是滿失望的，以為國企的迎賓館各方面素質都應該不差的。不過迎賓館所在的園區還是挺大的，飯後散散步像在森林公園裡。

I stayed in a deluxe twin room. This hotel has a rare advantage: each bed in the twin room is 1.5 meters long, very spacious. The room has been renovated and has a Shanghai style and fashionable feel. On a nice day, the green trees and lawns in the hotel are very beautiful. It is only 400 to 500 meters away from the subway entrances of Line 5 and Line 15. The service is also very good. When I took yogurt for breakfast, the waiter saw it and sent a straw to me.
