The room is not big, but it is clean and well-equipped. Staffs are very friendly The hotel is located very close to Nanjing Road and near metro lines 2 and 10. Hotel has a free laundry area for guests. I love it. I will still be there if I back to Shanghai.”

Strategic location as it’s located extremely near to the Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street as well as well known local eateries. The front desk & other staffs were helpful as well in attending to our requests. Subway is probably 4-5 mins walk which is rather convenient too as it’s one of the main line that links to most landmarks in Shanghai. Only downside would be the room size which is rather small. It’s alright for medium sized luggage and small luggage, but certainly not the large one (probably it’s okay, but not more than 2 suitcases).

Location is excellent just 1 lane away from the main Nanjing east road. Booked this hotel because it’s newly renovated in 2025. The room isn’t soundproof for those who are concern about noise. There is no fridge in the room. Room is small but still enough space to open up 2 big suitcases. Toothbrush and comb is given only once during check in. Shower cap provided in the room. Overall I feel it’s lacking in service as the staff is quite cold. Shower gel not replenished and upon request, the staff said they could not find any new shower gels in the hotel. I called the front desk the 2nd time only to get the same answer. But after a while, the robot send the shower gel up.

Located at a street behind Nanjing road near the Apple Store. A few small eateries along the same street. Room was fairly big for a room near this area. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Was able to send my TB purchase and reception collected them on behalf. Aircon was cold, toilet lacks hooks to hang towels
