We stayed at Renaissance Shanghai Putuo at the end of November and honestly loved our time there. We booked the Premier Room and it was so spacious — perfect for a family with one child. The bath tub was such a plus too, especially after long days of exploring.
One of our favourite parts was the indoor heated pool. Even in fall/winter, we could still enjoy swimming every day, and the jacuzzi/whirlpool was amazing. A huge shoutout to the staff who take care of the swimming facilities — they were so kind and even made handmade origami birds to entertain my son. Such a sweet touch!
We stayed for 10 days and really enjoyed the area too. The underground metro is just a few steps away, and the food choices downstairs are endless. Super convenient for families.
Overall, a lovely stay — spacious room, warm staff, great facilities, and the perfect location for exploring Shanghai. Highly recommend for families ❤️✨

酒店距離地鐵站很近，方便出行。
玻璃比較隔音，聽不到外面的聲音。但隔壁有孩子大聲説話能聽到聲音。
早餐挺不錯，有鮮榨果汁，在水果那裡。
下午茶看了一下，幾塊小蛋糕沒什麼東西吃。
晚餐品種不多，但味道不錯，叉燒酥挺好吃。
電視頻道挺多也清楚，但不能投屏。
服務很好，進出都有人打招呼，溝通順暢。

酒店性價比好，能幫忙協調安靜無煙房間。離開了漏下東西也幫忙寄。
但是對出差黨不太友好就是週中房價總比周末或者節假日貴，比如國慶節是比周中都要便宜。所以經常超標預訂不了

先總結一句：性價比之王，沒有一樣特別出彩，但所有方面都優秀，包括在龐大城市心臟周邊一點的位置，周圍商圈的便利程度（300米內兩家星巴克兩家全家，高級公寓底層商超餐飲地鐵口都在步行5分鐘內），房間大，雖然這次分配的房間視野不大好，看待建工地，但瑕不掩瑜，下次去上海還考慮住這裏。對了，自助早餐也還可以，中西式該有的都有了。

酒店的服務很到位，每個細節都好用心。帶着小孩子，會幫忙拿行李，和孩子熱情的打招呼，感受到賓至如歸的温暖，周邊地鐵、盒馬都很近，打車也很方便，如果下次還需要住，會首選萬麗。700多的價格感受到五星級豪華酒店的服務，希望越做越好。加油！

事情沒辦完就續住了一天。他家早餐你一去就有人領位，會問要咖啡還是茶，服務員會幫你倒好了放桌上。而且需要等待的食物你可以拿着自己桌上的竹簽過去排隊，比如煮麪條煮餛飩煮好了他們會看你的竹簽號送到你桌上，這點蠻好的，省得一堆人擠在攤位上，也省得誰插隊誰不插隊的在那扯。
健身房人不多，因為不會游泳所以也沒進泳池，退房的時候前廳小哥哥問了是否需要開票，若不需要就直接把房卡給到小哥哥就行，免去排隊的煩惱。挺好的一次入住感受，有機會會再來的！
