Amanda provided excellent, warm, and enthusiastic service. The hotel lobby was lively with soft music playing. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. Overall, it was a great stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip. It's also very convenient for business travelers, being super close to Hongqiao Airport. Highly recommended!

The rooms were clean and the facilities were well-maintained. The hotel offers luxurious and comfortable guest rooms, each elegantly designed to seamlessly blend modern and traditional elements. The hotel's environment is excellent, and its location is incredibly convenient, with several shopping malls of various sizes nearby, perfect for dining and shopping. The staff provided warm and enthusiastic service. A special shout-out to Anna for arranging the room!

The service was excellent; it truly feels like a home away from home, attracting many long-term guests. The cleanliness is up to 5-star standards. Facilities include a gym. The location is superb, very close to Laowai Street and within walking distance. It's also a popular choice for wedding venues and is only a 20-minute drive from Hongqiao Airport.

Our group attended a conference here, and the severe lack of seating in the hotel lobby was a major issue; everyone had to stand, which was really disappointing. Given the heat in Shanghai, the air conditioning in both the hotel lobby and the exhibition hall was clearly inadequate, making it feel very stuffy. Furthermore, the buffet breakfast was quite underwhelming, offering a very limited selection.

Outstanding hotel. Clean , comfortable beds, and room facilities.and staffs are always willing to help out. My sons really enjoyed their time here. I would recommend this hotel for families.

Service: The service truly deserves the highest praise; it was simply impeccable. A special mention goes to Krystal, who was exceptionally warm and friendly. Facilities: The lobby is very spacious and has a pleasant, subtle fragrance. There's also a lovely inner courtyard garden. Location: It's quite close to Hongqiao Railway Station and the airport, making transportation very convenient.

The hotel grounds are beautiful, offering a peaceful oasis amidst the hustle and bustle. The expansive space felt grand and created a wonderful atmosphere. Inside, the room itself had a very high-quality feel. I absolutely loved the bedding – it was both soft and supportive. The linen sofa was also to my liking and felt very comfortable. Winnie, the front desk staff, was incredibly warm and charming. It offers excellent value for money and is definitely worth a return visit.

The Hilton team, led by the exceptionally kind and efficient Michael Wan, truly saved the day. Michael's swift and thorough resolution of my booking problem transformed my check-in experience. Great hotel nice and clean with a lot of good restaurants close by

The service was exceptional—the staff were kind, attentive, and always willing to help. The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. I loved the open-concept shower and toilet design, which added a luxurious touch. The interior decor was unique and stylish, creating a sophisticated yet comfortable atmosphere. The hotel’s facilities were impressive, especially the large indoor swimming pool—perfect for relaxation. The overall amenities were top-notch, ensuring a pleasant stay. The location is a bit far from the nearest station, so we had to take around 10 mins taxis when going out. However, once you reach the station, it only takes about 30 minutes to get to central Shanghai, which was convenient for sightseeing. Despite the slight distance, the hotel’s excellent service, beautiful design, and fantastic facilities made it worth it. Highly recommended for a luxurious and comfortable stay!

I enjoyed my stay of 7 days at the facility, quite,spacious ,clean, and courteous service. I recommend it to business and family travellers.

The only issue was the description of the room on C-trips. The room was said to have no opening windows. This actually means the windows are interior windows. I was lucky the staff were great and swapped my booking to a room with external windows free of charge.
