This was the best hotel experience we have had in Shanghai, and we have had more than our share of hotel experiences. The room was amazing, did not smell and was super clean; they put flowers in the bathtub for my birthday along with a delicious mini cake to be enjoyed. The breakfast was fresh and full of variety. The staff was friendly, helpful and spoke really good English. We will most certainly make our way back here again in the near future.

時隔一年多想濱江騎行再次入住，感覺酒店整體服務更好更人性化了。入住時幫忙升了房型，大開面的江景，曬在陽光裏的梳化床，看得到三件套的大浴缸，family層門口和房間裏的神獸們，房間佈置有品位，細節滿滿。早餐很豐盛，親子活動安排合理有趣，酒店服務人員都笑吟吟的，小朋友玩得非常開心。

A fantastic room with lots of space. Although the different style of the bathroom with sliding doors may not be to other’s taste. Breakfast has lots of options. Be warned that you are not close to the tourist areas of Shanghai or a metro station.

1. 房間衞生嚴重不達標
（1）首間房間存在明顯黴味，影響正常入住，酒店未能及時提供解決方案。
（2）更換後的房間仍存在衞生問題：
• 多處不明毛髮
• 地毯有明顯污漬（呈黃色圓圈）
• 浴缸、床單均有毛髮
• 洗漱用品供應不完整
上述情況嚴重不符合住宿行業基本衞生標準。

2. 酒店員工未經授權私自進入房間
（1）本人外出期間，酒店員工Zoe 未取得本人許可，以“未按請勿打擾”為理由私自進入房間並噴灑不明物質。
（2）導致本人放置在房內的食品被污染，衹能丟棄，酒店拒絕賠償。
（3）此行為侵犯消費者私隱權與財產權，違反住宿業基本管理規範。
酒店拒絕承擔責任，也未提供合理解釋及賠償。

3. 前台員工服務態度惡劣、拒絕處理問題
（1）在反映問題與協商換房時，前台員工態度蠻橫，拒絕承認酒店擅入房間的錯誤。
（2）員工多次以“酒店不會偷東西”“沒丟東西就不負責”等言辭推諉。
（3）多次要求面見值班經理被拒絕，並被告知“投訴不會被重視，隨便投訴”。
該服務態度嚴重違反《消費者權益保護法》第九條“受尊重權”及第十條“獲得服務保障權”。

4. 重大入住限制未提前告知
入住後才得知酒店實行嚴格管理措施，包括：
• 入住需多次排隊安檢，排隊時間可達 20 分鐘以上
• 封閉式管理，出入口需繞遠路
• 不提供泊車，需要自費停入步行 10 分鐘外的第三方停車場
上述重要訊息未在預訂前明確告知，屬於未履行訊息告知義務
此次入住體驗極差，從衞生到私隱安全再到服務態度，都存在嚴重問題。
酒店不但沒有基本的服務意識，也缺乏最基本的尊重與責任感。
完全不推薦，慎重考慮

設施：相對比較新，泳池不錯，小朋友很喜歡。
衞生：衞生還不錯，挺乾淨的，客房阿姨收拾的非常細緻。
環境：環境不錯，符合萬豪標準。
服務：還可以，住的五星酒店比較多，一般可以升房，但這次沒有給升，國慶也情有可原。

第一次來上海，來看鄧紫棋演唱會，這個酒店房間還算蠻不錯的，先點評一下，酒店服務沒得説，比如説接待人員，前台服務人員都可以，門僮親自給開車門！然後酒店房間佈局標準，就是提供的洗髮膏，還有沐浴露比較刺鼻，用一次不敢用了。這一點有點討厭。這麼大這麼星級的酒店用這麼刺鼻的洗漱用品我頭一次見過，什麼牌子的。送的水果也挺好吃的！下次就不會在住了。因為洗漱用品比較刺鼻。
