It is a local housing building. Condition is bad. It is very different from the photos given on the advertisement. The air conditioning is not working. Not recommended.

The Rayfont was always a bearable 2 star hotel. Now it's more like a slum. It seems renovations have been going on for many years. Guests are 'greeted' by a filthy elevator, a smelly, dilapidated room, a noisy unusable air conditioner, a hard bed and woken up by jackhammering. You couldn't pay me to stay here. The only salvageable parts are the location and ability to take a shower.

Room nice, big balcony. Service good! The breakfast a little poor in my opinion, don’t ask too much.. but only bananas as fruits(?)
Anyway, considering the price… I’ll be back 😁

I have stayed here before, the building is now an apartment block. I could not find the hotel , staff said next door but that was a bank. Contacted trip who said they work contact hotel and refund booking. 5 days later still not hear anything.
I spent 30 mins going around looking for hotel entrance no success the hotel was not on same location as previous and not at address on Trip

The facility is completely different from it used to be (before pandemic) with various ways.
Its lobby has been moved into a different building with very small space. Also, it is not facing/near street and hard to find it. Even Taxi could NOT drive through into. We had to carry our luggage to walk through the gate and to find the building.
We booked an 18 M^2 room for 4 days (because there was no larger room during this period), then a 25 M^2 room for 7 days. However, during we checking-in, we were told they (rooms) were the same, which mean we had to stay in the small room for the additional 7 day, where we even could not open our luggage. Then, we had to cancel booking for the rest 7 days.
Within the hotel building, everywhere (lobby, hallways, outside of room) had goods/boxes piled up. It made us feel we were living in a storehouse.
Overall, it should not be defined as a "hotel".
