The management of the booking department is just too arrogant to listen to the customers. Maybe they think they are five star already and they don’t need to care about customers. I booked this hotel and two minutes later noticed the address I booked was incorrect, there are a few Pullmans in Shanghai, and this one is far away from the place I need to stay in this time. So I called the hotel and told them I need to cancel the reservation. They simply told me this is not an option. This is really a bad experience, I would not recommend this hotel at all.

The service at Pullman is very good, probably better than most hotels in Shanghai where I've stayed. Especially the front desk guy Dominic, his service is professional and he thinks ahead of me. With so many guests this summer, he still considered me, a first-time guest, so carefully. Thank you so much!

其實我這個評論是真正的客户評論，我是在北京生活的外國人來上海出差。
這次在這個酒店住了8天，所以比1-2天住的人體驗的更多。
其實住的期間發生了真的很多事情，心情也沒有很好，但是每個員工的服務態度真的很好。
遇到事情的時候，他們的反饋超級快。
比其他5星級酒店這方面太好了。
所以我後面也滿滿喜歡上了這家酒店。
住的時候也給我關心，退房之後也還會關心。
我覺得每次都會發生問題，主要是怎麼解決問題，本來要寫差評結果被感動到寫好評了。
謝謝這幾天照顧我的lucky ，金秋，還有戴眼鏡的蘋果🍎姐姐。
還有我行李寄到北京的時候，禮賓部的Allan親自幫我交給順豐快遞我可以放心去了工作。
我覺得這家酒店培訓可能比較到位，因為不但一個員工其他的員工反饋都很快。
對了還有早餐！！ 早餐種類沒有超級多，但有的是都有
而且早餐質量非常好，味道很好。
游泳池的話，不大算是小，孩子很多，對超級認真的游泳的人來説會小，但可以去玩兒的那種，但採光真好，游泳的時候，水裡面有亮亮的星星。好好看。
為一個缺點電梯太慢了。真的有點慢。哈哈
