Pullman Shanghai Jing An

I had a wonderful stay @ Pullman. It was a lifesaver for me as I was bringing my elderly parents (78 & 84) to catch the trains to Suzhou and Hangzhou. Pullman is really right next to the station. Nika had been especially attentive and went all out to ensure we had a wonderful stay in Pullman. Her recommendations to check out 小杨生煎 nearby has become my mum’s favourite. The executive suite setup was also a favourite with my parents, esp the bathtub which was a highlight for my dad.

Had a great stay at Pullman Jing’an for 5 nights. Location is great with a train station right beside the hotel and walkable distance to many restaurants. Rooms are clean and service is great as well. However, if you are staying in the hotel during autumn/winter period, the rooms are powered on centralized heater and it might feel a little stuffy. Nonetheless, it’s still a great hotel stay! 🙂

I really enjoyed my stay here. The service was wonderful. Special thanks to 听雨 for being so patient and helpful with all my questions! Also want to give a shout-out to the staff member with the hat and glasses (sorry I didn’t catch his name!) for being so welcoming. The room was always spotless and tidy whenever we returned. Thank you to the cleaning lady for her hard work. We felt really comfortable and taken care of throughout the stay. Overall, an excellent experience. I will definitely be back. Thank you to the whole team! 💗

Very busy hotel, reached at 1.45pm and there was a queue to check in. The counter was split into left and right so it was quite confusing as people tried to cut queue. Male staff saw their locals cutting queue but did not tell them to queue and proceeded to attend to them first. Female staff that attended to us said that the room was not ready (although check in was 2pm and it was after 2pm). Asked to add us on wechat so she will send a wechat message to inform when the room is ready. However, went out till 9pm and still no message from the staff. Had to go to the counter to ask directly again. Toothbrush set provided at counter if needed. Although there were 3 lifts, the lifts were slow. Room was spacious, but would prefer the pillows to have be harder. Both pillows will sink to the bed even after stacking. Toilet flush was weak, need to double flush usually. To access the gym and pool, go to the main lobby and walk to the other side. Spacious gym with pilates reformer and trapeze included. Spacious indoor pool, compulsory to use swim hat. No washing machines available, only paid guest laundry services. Hotel is about 2 min walk to the metro station line 1 exit 5 with stairs access. Also very near the railway train station, about 5-10mins via pedestrian crossing.

This is my first time to come china, and this hotel make good service for us, especially the front desk . This hotel has good staffs good location! Very recommend! Good!

Super good location, right next to the subway entrance and comfortable room.
