The service was good, the hotel in location is not that good. And don't book the room without windows it wasnt a good experience. But other facilities were ok.

The location is convenient and the price is reasonable. The hotel itself is clean and the beds are comfortable enough.
Some things that could be better:
1) They only had cheap disposable plastic cups at breakfast which made it impossible to drink hot tea or coffee.
2) The shower head was broken and the overhead shower didn’t work.
Things that were good:
1) The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating.
2) checkout was fast and convenient

WORST hotel ever, no helpful customer service at the reception desk. They don't care about helping foreigners (from my experience) even if you have an emergency, they will just say its your problem not theirs..... Avoid this hotel. Contact the corporate office and report them.

酒店位置不錯，但作為一個三星旅館，該酒店的設施非常糟糕。我們有兩次在不同時段入住。第一次住的是豪華間，但裏面有和濃的煙味，雖然牆上掛有禁止吸煙的標識。向前台反映，回答説他們也沒有辦法。第二次入住是前兩天。浴巾很老舊，手感很硬。其中一條已經破爛不堪（見附圖）。也不知房間是怎樣打掃的，地毯上竟然踩到一個兩寸多長的鐵釘（見圖）。我們在外高橋也住過另外一個三星維也納酒店，那個在各方面都明顯比這個好很多，早餐也明顯比這個酒店好，説明是該酒店管理上存在很大的問題問題。以後不會再入住這家酒店。
