Great hotel with ample rooms and several amenities. Absolutely ideal neighbouring area: safe, clean, elegant and pleasant. Housekeeping personnel is wonderful and extremely helpful, the Reception staff is ok but the management should discipline the doorman which are absolutely not doing anything.

I am totally impressed with the recently renovated 贵宾楼， classic but modern! The staffs were great, especially the cleaning staff 梅小兰（？）， is professional and paying attention to the detail! She made me felt like an VIP guest, thank you!
