房間不算太大，佈置緊湊，辦理入住的前台David很熱心，詳細瞭解我的需求，並儘量協調安排，必須好評。酒店位置很好，周邊很多必吃榜和米其林餐廳，下次來還住這裏。

房間寬大，格局方正；公共區域寬敞，走道、電梯廳都很舒展，很喜歡這種老派酒店！ 設施維護得很好，泳池，桑拿房等都很好用，服務也在線！唯一的小建議是房間一次性拖鞋的材質比較差，穿起來不舒服。

整體性價比上十分推薦，但優點缺點都很突出的酒店。
先説優點：
1、酒店地理位置非常卓越，距離靜安寺，愚園路，安福路，恆隆廣場，中信泰富，靜安嘉裏中心，久光百貨都是步行可達的距離，對面就是上海展覽中心，絕對的靜安核心，吃喝玩樂及交通都非常方便。
2、酒店行政禮遇提供一天5頓禮遇餐食，非常方便。這家酒店是我在國內見過的外國人密度最高的酒店，絕對的國際友好，服務人員英語水平卓越，酒店內還有外匯兑換服務。
不好之處：
1、作為90年開業的中國第一家麗思卡爾頓，設備和裝修風格方面確實有所老化，但瑕不掩瑜，基本都是夠用的。但房間沒有配備熱水壺這點，希望改善，尤其秋冬，還是希望能喝到温熱水。
2、酒店服務比較兩極，入住和離店排隊比較明顯，客房服務非常周到，但有時候會覺得打擾較多。客房隔音還有改善空間。
總體來説還是推薦的。

My husband and I quite enjoyed our stay at Portman Ritz-Carlton; the room is spacious, the service is great, the lounge bar is quite fancy, and the location is very convenient. We highly recommend this place if you are visiting Shanghai.

現在每次去上海，我們都已經習慣住在這個酒店了，酒店地理位置特別好，去哪都很方便，去張園呀，靜安寺呀都可以步行 10 左右就能到，位置沒得説，但是這個酒店讓我感受最好的就是酒店的服務了，我要特別感謝 Estelle 熱情周到的服務，我之所以每次都選這個酒店和這個小姑娘的暖心的服務有很大關係，酒店對待每位住店客人都很用心，對客人提出的要求，也會盡量滿足，出現問題也會很快解決，服務上真的挑不出任何問題，讓我每次住在這都特別舒心，Esrelle 的服務讓我覺得她把每位客人都當做朋友一樣相處，服務真的沒得説。下次還會繼續選擇該酒店。

在忙碌的國慶假期，酒店穩中有序的接待每位賓客，特別感謝前台Niko小夥子，敬業及時高效為我們辦理入住，第一次在中午12點已完成入住登記，別的五星酒店沒有兩點後也辦不完。雖然門口車隊很多，但是禮賓無論何時打車回到都能及時接應，對帶娃的人來説非常暖心☺️客服阿姨也很及時，有需要反饋都很效率。早餐部的美女得知小朋友早起要去比賽，也是迅速引導到距離取餐便捷的座位用餐。可以説每一個環節都感受到酒店每位員工的用心，會再來！感恩😇！謝謝酒店每一位工作人員🥳
