My husband and I quite enjoyed our stay at Portman Ritz-Carlton; the room is spacious, the service is great, the lounge bar is quite fancy, and the location is very convenient. We highly recommend this place if you are visiting Shanghai.

The hotel is located at the heart of the malls and within the hotel is the Shanghai center where a variety of F&B options at proximity. The only comment is the thin wall and door - I can literally hear all the conversations by the corridor clearly including the door bell next door. The amenities are aging including the shower head and the room looks a bit tired. Linen should be time to replenish with new fresh sheets. Service wise, a thumbs up to housekeeping team and concierge but so-so to the front desk (no information on check out, breakfast location etc until being asked), elevator ambassador a bit loss and left in the middle of a journey and the not so friendly and welcoming lobby manager or staff.

環境：環境很優雅，但是有些小插曲，第一次給我們安排的是19樓走廊盡頭，進到房間裏就聽到窗外轟隆隆的聲音，像空調外機，聽着快耳鳴了，後來給我們換了新房間，也升級了，處理的結果還是很滿意的
衞生：很乾凈
早餐挺好的，種類比較多，還有很多外國人用餐

現在麗思是想跟希爾頓鉑爾曼那些酒店對齊嗎？？衞生設施服務各方面真的差。第一晚到酒店給的房間有股子臭味，就像那種臭廁所味。 換房間等了半小時以上，換了間黴味特別重的房間，床特別潮濕，一看四件套就是沒換過的，並且礦泉水都是打開過的！！！但是太晚太困不想再換了，給前台打了電話説我明天需要換到一個沒有異味並且床乾燥乾淨的房間。
結果第二天吃完午飯回來説新房間還沒好，到了下午兩三點要出門的時候，給前台打電話，前台説房間已經好了，讓人給我送房卡過來（好像不是前台，是總機）於是我們等了四五十分鐘，房卡還沒到，又打電話，總機那邊驚訝的説還沒送過去嗎她催一下，於是又過來二十分鐘，還沒送過來。我又打電話催，並且説我們着急出門，讓他們幫我把行李換過去，總機説麻煩我們在房間再等會 她馬上讓人送來。又過來很久，前台打電話説 我們的新房間還沒好🙂 你們這是耍我玩呢是吧？？ 真的住你們家不夠生氣的！黴味也薰的人難受

雖然是已經很有年代感的酒店，但是設施維護方面做的都相當棒
地理位置優越，酒店本身自帶綜合體，沒走幾步就能到靜安嘉裏中心，南京西路，興業太古滙，張園等等
房間很整潔，床品也相當舒適，護理用品的香味很喜歡
早晨醒來還能聽到靜安寺的鐘聲
服務也完美無缺，有求必應，特別是Fiona，雖然沒有提前預訂但還是幫忙定製了紀念房卡，滿分好評

My stay at Portman Ritz Carlton was good. The location is perfect, very close to everything. Also, I was able to check in earlier than the usually time which I loved. On a bad note, the outside pool bar isn’t open which is a bummer as I would have loved to enjoy a cocktail by the pool while relaxing. Nevertheless, it was perfect stay and I would stay again in the future. 😎
