It’s a very good hotel , the location is the best , and the price is reasonable, I recommend it

Kitchen is useless. Water purifier is not great. Too small rooms. However, it had all basic amenities. No lift or elevator.

The hotel was comfortable and spacious for our family (2 Adults + 2 kids). There was a lounge area with microwave and hot water. The hotel door is small but you can find the hotel with the photo of the entrance. Some convenience stores across the street. No external window, but it didn’t feel claustrophobic. It is no very soundproof so you can hear the other guests. Amenities were given. I would recommend it.

Stay 2 nights in this hotel, the room is very small. Cleanliness is so so. Location is a bit far from the metro but there’s bikes to rent near the area. Had a little bit of an issue on the second night. My room card which i insert at the card slot so electricity doesn’t go out gone missing from my room so the ac went off, and when i asked for another room card/key, the receptionist blame us for the missing card and say there’s no one who can enter the room besides us who are staying. Then she said she will call the cleaning lady and if the cleaning lady didn’t took it, we will be charged 30 yuan for the key. Like after such a long exhausting day of walking, and get such a treatment from the hotel is just not for me. The next day we didn’t get charged and i didn’t asked about it too because of the language barrier. Supposedly it was the cleaning lady who took it, but why enter my room if she didn’t clean the room at all? No items gone missing though

This hotel was very nice and clean. I had a very pleasant stay! The front desk staff was always kind and helpful, and they helped me use the laundry machine when my phone had a problem getting a confirmation code. They are able to use translators quickly if you cannot speak Chinese, and even if you can speak some Chinese, they still try their best to help you in English. They come by every day to restock whatever you need (water, toilet paper, and towels) and take your trash. The lady was always very kind. The surrounding area is okay, but doesn't have the cleanest or safest feeling, but it was safe after all. The hotel itself is great! It is also a 15-20 minute walk from Shanghai station, and it is a relatively short walk to/from the nearest bus stops. I had a single room to myself and it was very clean, quiet, and had good heating and lighting. I would definitely recommend staying here!
