The service is very bad. I had a stomachache during my period. My friend ordered takeout for me. I asked the front desk attendant to deliver it but he didn't deliver it. He also told my friend that I had gone downstairs several times. My suitcase was broken and needed to be replaced. I called the front desk. They didn't let the logistics staff come up to get it. I could only send it downstairs and go downstairs to get the express delivery. I bought sanitary napkins. I am really fed up with it.

This hotel is special. They don’t provide takeout and the service attitude at the front desk is very bad. It must be closed.

The hotel room is clean, hygienic, quiet, and cost-effective. The hotel staff is nice and has a good service attitude. It is worth recommending. I will stay there again if I have the opportunity to travel there!
