Great value for money. The host is super response and very nice and accomodating! We could di free laundry :). The room is spacious, and well equipped. The room was clean enough. Location is great! In the heart of a very nice part of Shanghai.

Within walking distance to some nice streets in the French Concession area. Probably 10ish minutes to nearest subway. Checked in by WeChat-ing the owner and he was very friendly!

住過的最差民宿，直接上視頻説明
我是晚上7點多到的，來上海看演出，這是離演出地點距離最合適的一家，入住後包放下就出去了，凌晨一點多回來，發現床上爬滿了白蟻（視頻1）馬上跟老闆反應，老闆電話打過來，上來第一件事是責怪我晚上開燈？？？？沒有任何歉意表達，我問他，我就算不出去看演出，一直在屋裡待着，我也不可能從6點多天黑到12點睡覺在屋裡不開燈摸黑生活啊？老闆回覆説“你看看你抬啥槓” ？？？十萬個問號 感情這個民宿是有宵禁的？況且我衹開了屋頂的一個燈（視頻2），老闆又説：你晚上不開燈，白蟻就飛過去不會進來了（哭笑不得）（btw：窗户我是完全沒動過的）
然後老闆又説，讓我去隔壁的空房401（圖4）看下，如果床上沒白蟻，我就去睡那屋，結果打開房間一開燈，床上赫然爬着一衹白蟻（説好的不開燈就不進來呢？），當我回復給老闆説這屋也有白蟻的時候，老闆當著我麪在通話中來了句國罵，完全沒有基本的服務行業素養（口音像東北中年男），然後命令的口吻：“出去後給我把401燈關上哈”，此時我已筋疲力竭無意糾纏下去，我就説：“那我就回402，在床的邊緣打坐一晚上吧”，老闆無任何迴應，結束了電話（但凡是個正經人聽到顧客已經這麼慘了，都會有點言語上的表示吧 笑了）我坐到凌晨6點多就去火車站最早的一班火車趕緊回杭州，回家再補覺算了，
再然後呢，就這打坐的幾小時也沒舒坦，凌晨下雨，這屋子不知道是有什麼雨棚還是設備的外機之類的，一下雨，屋子裡噪音高達50分貝以上（視頻3），忍到6點多總算走人
全程民宿老闆沒有任何歉意，任何一句不好意思，任何一丁點的補償措施，我是個很能容忍的人，但凡有那麼一絲正常的態度，這個衞生條件我都不會給你發出來，想住這家小夥伴自己考慮決定吧

老闆人很好，非常熱心！衞生環境很好，環境很舒適。房子也很有特色，窗户就是經典的鋼窗，可以看到馬路和梧桐樹。地理位置優越離烏魯木齊路、安福路和淮海中路很近。非常推薦。
