The first rays of morning sunshine were warm. Upon arriving at this hotel, I was impressed by the warm and attentive service provided by the front desk lady, Angie. Since we were traveling with my family, she proactively asked if we needed a shuttle, which made our trip smoother and more enjoyable. The hotel's setting is also beautiful, with Spanish-style architecture resembling a castle. In the evening, strolling in the back garden was a relaxing family time.
We chose this hotel because it's close to Happy Valley and Maya Water World. Gate 2 of the water park is a 10-15 minute walk away. We booked a Mediterranean Family Room. While the decor isn't new, the amenities were comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was average, filling, but the beef wontons were a favorite. The hotel's exterior was also great for taking photos.

Contacted the front desk to send to Happy Valley and it was arranged quickly. Needed a sewing kit at night and it was delivered quickly. The next day I was going to the subway station and asked the front desk guy if he could deliver it. He arranged it very quickly (maybe it was his own car). The service attitude and awareness were very good, very satisfied.
