This hotel is located very close to the Bund in Shanghai and offers convenient transportation. Since it's a hotel in collaboration with Le Labo, the hotel has a wonderful aroma everywhere. The staff were very attentive and attentive, and every time I left, I could just press the "cleaning" button and they'd clean the room for me when I returned, which was really nice. While it varies by room, my room included breakfast as an option. You could enjoy a buffet of bread, fresh fruit, and ham, or you could ask for a separate menu and they'd prepare your meal for you. Be sure to include breakfast. There's also a rooftop bar on the 29th floor with a view of the Oriental Pearl Tower, and an indoor bar on the 28th floor. The atmosphere is great, and they sell Yamazaki whiskey, which was a real plus. We stayed at this hotel for seven days, and the staff felt reassured and attentive, always ready to provide personalized service. Their kindness made our Shanghai trip a truly enjoyable one. I especially enjoyed the real-time service I received from Colin, a staff member who I added on WeChat, and he was incredibly helpful! If you use the WeChat app, I recommend using it to communicate with the staff, as it's more convenient. If you're looking for a comfortable first trip to Shanghai, I highly recommend this hotel!
