Worth it for the price paid. The hotel is about a 10-15 min walk away from the subway, but it was super clean and amenities get replenished fast. The room is also spacious. If you watch TV, there are limited channels subjected to connectivity.

Let me start from the positives: fantastic location, great neighbourhood, not noisy despite the busy area (especially the rooms that look on the back of the building (parking lot). However, there are details that the establishment can do much better. First, if you are not able to read Chinese it takes some time to realise where it is. There is no sign in English to direct you or any other visible information. Then you need to make your way to the back of the building (east side) and access the back entrance. Then you take the elevator to the third floor, where the hotel and the reception is located. The rooms are small, but adequate for single visitors, travellers that wish to sleep only (while spending most time outside) and business travellers. The offerings are basic (on the plus the mini fridge) and mostly outdated. The most important area of deficiency was cleanness: a bit of smell, unclean toilet and carpet, stains. I think that with some sort of minimal extra care, these are fixable and the impact to the travelers' experience will be greatly improved.
