Very clean and friendly staff though cannot speak English. Moreover the hotel provide free laundry machine with detergent.

Little bit overused, but in frontdesk and 1st floor is ongoing refreshing work. Maybe they will reach rooms

Arrived during a time when they were having a major renovation. As a result, the reception area was moved to a small, messy and dirty make shift area. The service of the hotel however, was exceptional. Left my power bank in the room after check out, called them back. They found it and kept it for me. They even tried to send it to my new hotel, unfortunately, lithium batteries can't be delivered. I went back to get it myself.

Service is excellent, staff very helpful. Cleanliness is great as well. Just not really convenient for transportation as it’s a distance away from Metro station. Otherwise, all good.

Location is a bit inconvenient as taxi drivers had a bit of difficulty finding this location as well as the fact that there are not a lot of train stations located within reasonable walking distance. However, the rooms were very spacious and well cleaned. Room came with everything that I needed and the staff was attentive and helpful. Cleaning staff also did a very good job. Beds were comfortable as well.
