給我父親訂房，入住時前台要求在微信上錄入訊息，才可以辦入住，一看是華住會的公眾號。詢問個人訊息已經通過身份證查驗，為何一定要登陸公眾號綁定個人微信？答曰渠道來自於攜程，不這樣操作就無法確認身份。 這是什麼反智回答！？問這是政府要求還是你們企業要求？前台不語。
錢付了、身份證給核驗了，無非就是想給華住會拉會員唄，無非就是個前台任務麼，直説都好點，當顧客是沒有智商麼？最厭惡如此忽悠消費者的商户，不誠實做什麼生意，差評！
