War selten so enttäuscht von einem Hotel.
Als ich das Zimmer zum ersten Mal betreten hatte musste ich leider feststellen, dass es dreckig ist. Bis zu meiner Abreise (10Tage später) änderte sich dies auch leider kaum.
In den 10 Tagen hat die Putzfrau, trotz offensichtlicher Verschmutzung, nur ein einziges Mal geputzt.
Sonst hat sie lediglich den Müll geleert und das Bett gemacht.
Der Rest war ihr scheinbar ziemlich egal.
Weiterhin schimmelt es dort nicht gerade wenig. Ob Wände, Bad oder Klimaanlage. Alles ist voller riesiger Schimmelflecken.
Mehrere Attraktionen (Yuyuan Garden, Bund) sind fußläufig innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen. Die Bahnhaltestelle Yuyuan Garden liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels.

房間小的可憐，大門進去就是衞生間，衞生間洗臉池非常小，洗個臉都會把水洗到外面地上，進去跨一步就是床，兩個人在裏面都轉不過身來，很擠，空調對着床吹的，，吹的人冷死，晚上睡覺，不蓋冷，蓋又熱，房間有蟲子🐛，類似蜈蚣一樣的

Tôi thực sự thất vọng với trải nghiệm tại khách sạn này. Phòng ở ẩm mốc, ga gối và chăn đệm rất bẩn, có mùi khó chịu và không được vệ sinh kỹ. Phòng vệ sinh hôi thối, không được dọn dẹp đúng cách. Đặc biệt, nhân viên lễ tân có thái độ không thân thiện, thiếu chuyên nghiệp và không hỗ trợ khách hàng. Tôi sẽ không bao giờ quay lại và không khuyên ai nên đặt phòng ở đây.
I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was damp and moldy, the bed sheets and pillowcases were dirty and smelled unpleasant. The bathroom was filthy and had a terrible odor. Worst of all, the front desk staff were unfriendly, unprofessional, and unhelpful. I will never return to this hotel and strongly advise others to avoid it.
