Overall, I was very satisfied! Everything was excellent. The hotel boasts French-style architecture, and the room decor was grand and impressive. I specifically requested a west-facing room, which overlooked the Middle Ring Road and offered distant views of Suzhou Creek. The noodle restaurant on the second floor was fantastic, and the breakfast spread was generous – the rice noodle soup was an absolute standout! The ambiance was also wonderful.
The only minor drawback was the lack of smooth coordination between the parking management and the hotel's concierge. The process to validate the parking ticket was a bit slow, which caused a slight delay. I hope this can be improved.

I've stayed here three times in the last two months. I really like the spacious rooms. The only downside is that transportation isn't the most convenient, as it's quite a walk to the nearest subway station. However, the breakfast spread is fantastic and very plentiful! I definitely recommend trying the mini wontons – they are delicious!

It’s my first China travel with my husband and we celebrated our honeymoon at this hotel! They gave us complimentary cake and a drink, making our stay memorable! The staff were also very accommodating and professional. Additional points for being able to speak English well! ⭐️ Cons: a bit far from most of the tourist attractions, and taxi fees are expensive.

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms. Breakfast was ample and delicious, despite not having any cheese and no omelette station. The staff was friendly and helpful. Close to the zoo and the United Family Hospital. Would definitely stay again.

Tremendous service, the room was booked for my parents to stay in, their room was upgraded and the staff were extremely helpful! The general manager Karl even personally helped them when they were looking for a convenience store and he lead them to the store. Also great variety of terms of breakfast. They felt really welcomed! And were ecstatic to stay their!
