朋友帶孩子去吳淞口碼頭郵輪遊，訂的這家酒店，整體感覺不錯所以這次我帶孩子親子郵輪遊也訂了致格酒店。離碼頭很近，打車就是起步價。酒店裝修很新，乾淨，寬敞。價位也不貴，前台小姐姐態度也超好。門口小飯店不少，吃的也方便。

入住體驗特別好！房間乾淨得沒話説，地板光腳踩都沒問題，空調温度調節很靈敏，隔音也棒，晚上特別安靜。服務人員熱情又專業，早餐熱乎多樣，打車也方便，這個價位能住到這樣的酒店，太值了！

真沒想到21世紀了大上海還有如此臟亂差的酒店，1既然施工就不要接待客户-2.入住客人退房了應該把床品換一遍是最起碼的吧，一股臭腳丫子味，床單上還有不明印漬，3.你們自己去看看廁所，誰家的廁所馬桶是歪的，誰家的馬桶蓋子比馬桶小一大圈。這是我走南闖北二十多年住過最差的酒店，沒有之一。攜程員工自己去看看有多噁心，隨便開一間房試試
