Orange Hotel (Shanghai Pudong lnternational Airport JiangzhenBranch）

I have to write a positive review to show my support. My favorite thing about the Orange brand is its remarkably consistent quality control. Not only are all its properties clean, tidy, and well-serviced, but the design is even more striking. Each hotel features orange as the primary color for the rooms, orange amenities, orange-flavored toothpaste, orange-flavored shampoo and body wash, even the orange-flavored gummies and orange juice at the front desk, and the tangerine peel white and black tea in the rooms. This pursuit of a cohesive design tonality reflects the Orange brand's meticulous attention to detail in every hotel, encompassing suppliers, design standards, and operational strategies, leaving no room for individual properties. For example, Hanting, also part of the Huazhu Club, even collaborates with third-party restaurants like McDonald's for breakfast, not wanting to skimp on operating costs. But Orange's breakfast is consistently excellent. Western options include bacon, eggs, and lettuce toast, Thousand Island dressing, honey mustard, and salad dressing, while Chinese options include wontons, corn, and sweet potatoes, and a variety of cold and stir-fried dishes. However, stir-fried dishes tend to be less tasty without salt. I will come again next time~

We checked in around 10 or 11 pm. After arriving in the room, setting down our luggage, and preparing to watch TV, we discovered it wouldn't respond. After multiple attempts to call the front desk, they said they'd come check it out. After a long wait, they still didn't show up. We called again and were told to wait another ten minutes. By this point, we were already frustrated because we weren't sure if it could be fixed or if we needed to move, but we were still fine. The staff member who came up said it was a system issue and tried for a long time, but it still didn't work. They said they'd move us and told us to wait a few minutes while they went to the front desk to fix it. We agreed. After a minute or two, they knocked on the door again and said they were asking the maintenance technician to take a video look. They then started fixing it again, and we had to go back to the front desk and get the remote and try again. At this point, their patience was completely exhausted, and they got really angry before they said they'd move us right away. Having stayed at so many Huazhu hotels, this was the most outrageous way they handled it. It was just a minor issue with the TV, but it was a problem with your hotel facilities. As the manager, you knew you had a problem with the facilities, but you didn't prepare a replacement room in advance (we didn't request an upgrade or anything else), and instead made us wait endlessly in the middle of the night for your supposed fix. This service is, I can only say, worse than even Hanting Home Inn.

The hotel has convenient parking and a shuttle bus to and from the airport and Disneyland. It's a quiet place in a busy city, the service is friendly, and the room is very comfortable. I will stay here again on my next business trip.

新開的酒店，設備跟配色非常好，住起來很舒服，還有洗衣房、健身房、寄放行李的地方，早餐也好吃，離浦東機場不遠，接駁車大概15分鐘以內，很近很方便，附近還有夜市可以逛，吃東西太方便了

設施：桔子的設施肯定是沒得説的，整體設計很賞心悦目 衞生：很乾凈 環境：機場接機過來十分鐘左右距離 服務：熱情 就是唯一缺點就是新酒店，還是有點味道，窗户開了通通風好一些
